In an effort to preserve Mongolian heritage, 14 restoration experts from the National Cultural Heritage Center have meticulously restored 165 historical and cultural monuments. This extensive project spanned 30 institutions, encompassing nine state museums, 18 provincial museums, two local museums, and one religious organization. The restoration included a diverse array of artifacts, including paintings, sculptures, and a range of local artifacts. The restored artifacts are now available for viewing by the public at the exhibition titled "Restored monuments -2023" which recently opened in the exhibition hall of the National Center for Cultural Heritage. In the exhibition, 42 of the historical and cultural movable monuments restored in 2023 are presented.
