Asian Physics Olympiad to be held in Mongolia this month
The 23rd Asian Physics Olympiad is to be held among students in Ulaanbaatar at the end of this month.
The 23rd Asian Physics Olympiad is to be held among students in Ulaanbaatar at the end of this month. About 240 students and teachers from 30 countries in Asia are set to take part in the Olympiad, along with over 80 researchers and professors. In preparation for the Olympiad, the Mongolian Physics Association and the Science Academy started a campaign to deepen the national knowledge about physics, especially quantum physics. The campaign has already started lecture and discussion sessions among Physics teachers and mentors. The representatives of the Mongolian Science Academy expressed their hopes for promoting the science of Physics nationwide and pique the interests of younger students and children to pursue the subject in the future.
