In 2022-2023, there are 36 measures are being implemented with state and capital budget funds. Of this, 24 measures have been completed and 12 measures are under implementation. In addition to this, last year, 11 works were launched within the framework of traffic congestion reduction measures. In the frame of the redevelopment of the ger area, this year, 26 contractors will put nearly 5 thousand apartments into use in 10 locations in six districts of the capital city. Last year, around 6 thousand apartments were put into use as part of the redevelopment, which is the highest performance. At the end of the meeting, the Mayor highlighted the need for construction based on sub-centers and the need to increase the housing policy.
