The third batch of 85,400 doses of the Pfizer-Comirnaty vaccines arrived in Mongolia on June 30 and the rest will arrive in the second half of 2021 as scheduled.

The third batch of 85,400 doses of the Pfizer-Comirnaty vaccines arrived in Mongolia on June 30 and the rest will arrive in the second half of 2021 as scheduled. Up to date, 255,060 doses of the total of 2.5 million Pfizer-Comirnaty vaccine arrived in Mongolia through the agreement signed by the Government of Mongolia and Pfizer Inc (Pfizer / Biontech) LLC. The 2.35 million doses of the vaccines are purchased through the grant funding of the Project for Strengthening Capacity of Mongolia to Cope with the COVID-19 and Other Public Health Emergencies Agreement signed between the UNICEF and the Embassy of Japan on March 11, 2021.
