COVID-19 cases reach 213
The confirmed COVID-19 cases in Mongolia have increased by seven, reaching 213. Moreover, seven more recoveries have been reported, making the total recoveries 153.
At press briefing of the Ministry of Health, D.Nyamkhuu, Director of the National Center for Communicable Diseases, said that 359 people were tested yesterday at laboratories nationwide, which resulted in detection of seven cases in four returnees from Kazakhstan, another two returnees from S.Korea, as well as a transport driver, who entered the country through Altanbulag border checkpoints. The patients are aged between 6 and 63. Currently, 60 patients are undergoing treatment at the NCCD, of whom 53 are in mild and seven are in moderate condition.
