During the Mongolian-Indian Business Meeting that took place during Mongolian President’s official visit to the Republic of India, business people of the two countries signed an agreement to cooperate in the pharmaceutical industry and information technology. Some 17 Mongolian businessmen attended the meeting which was attended by some 100 Indian businessmen from agriculture, cashmere, heavy industry, medicines supply and information technology fields, where they exchanged information on potential projects to be implemented. Furthermore, the Mongolian Foreign Minister Mr. Tsogtbaatar delivered a presentation on the topic ‘Mongolia’s economic outlook and business opportunities’. On the sidelines of the business meeting, the Chairman of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) Mr. Amartuvshin held meetings with heads of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Indian Industries Association, discussing bringing cooperation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the two countries to a new level, mutually holding fairs, business trips and forums.
