Children’s library receives books from Taiwanese library
The National Central Library of Taiwan donated 136 literature and non-fiction books that would help Mongolian children in learning Chinese to the Mongolian Children’s Central Library.
The National Central Library of Taiwan donated 136 literature and non-fiction books that would help Mongolian children in learning Chinese to the Mongolian Children’s Central Library. Most of the books that were donated in the framework of the partnership between the two libraries are books that received awards from international book exhibitions and fairs. Director of the Mongolian Children’s Central Library thanked the National Central Library of Taiwan for regularly donating children’s books and contributing to the cognitive development of children in Mongolia and cultivating reading habits with a total of about 2,000 books donated so far. Officials of the Taiwan library noted that the books will give knowledge and understanding about culture, arts, society, and traditions of Taiwan.
