The President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS) Mr. Regdel received the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of the Czech Republic Mr. Oldrich Zajicek.

The President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences (MAS) Mr. Regdel received the First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of the Czech Republic Mr. Oldrich Zajicek. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the organization of the upcoming visit of Ms. Eva Zazimalova, President of the Czech Academy of Sciences (CAS), to Mongolia between September the30th and October the 1st. On the agenda will be the renewal of the cooperation agreement between the academies and expansion of joint research in natural sciences and technology. The President of MAS Mr. Regdel noted that researchers of the two academies had close cooperation prior to the ’90s, highlighting that the visit of CAS President Eva Zazimalova will play an important role in expanding cooperation and implementing joint research projects. Mr. Oldrich Zajicek expressed readiness to support the expansion of cooperation between the academies, joint research projects and training young researchers in the Czech Republic.
