‘Treasures of Chinggis Khaan descendants’ will open at the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg, Russia in October.
Within the framework of ‘Mongolian heritage spread around the world’ project, an exhibition titled ‘Treasures of Chinggis Khaan descendants’ will open at the Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg, Russia in October. The exhibition will feature rare findings related to the Mongol Empire, especially to the Golden Horde. In addition, the National Museum of Mongolia and the Institute of History and Archaeology plan to display every 10 exhibits at the upcoming exhibition. According to the Cabinet’s decision made at its regular meeting on August 14, the cost of organizing the exhibition will be covered from the Government Reserve Fund.
