This year marks the 95th anniversary of Mongolia's banking and financial sector establishment.

This year marks the 95^th anniversary of Mongolia's banking and financial sector establishment. In connection with the event, the Bank of Mongolia has enriched its series of commemorative collection with the 1 oz and 5 oz .999 sterling silver coins. Under the Law on Treasury, the Bank of Mongolia issues commemorative coins on occasion of state and international celebrations. The Bank of Mongolia issued its first commemorative coin in 1974, highlighting 50^th anniversary of its establishment.
