Mongolian “Makh Market” LLC is exporting semi-processed organ meats to China. The company has been sorting the five internal organs of 100 thousand halal slaughtered sheep and goats and processing 500 tons of organ meats. The technologist of the company said “Our factory is processing five types of by- products such as tripe, kidney and lungs. We plan to process 100 thousand head of livestock products this year”. The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry noted that the Ministry supports to process by-products for export.
