Mongolian beauty pageant contestant successfully competing at Miss World 2017
Ts. Enkhjin has recently been selected as one of few to perform at “Dances of the World” event at Grand finale.
Ts. Enkhjin, who was crowned as Miss World Mongolia will represent her country at the 2017 Miss World grand finale in Sanya, China this November. Out of 130 contestants, Ts. Enkhjin has recently been selected as one of the few to perform at the “Dances of the World” event at the Grand finale. With the audience of three billion, she’s given chance to promote Mongolian culture through its traditional costumes and the horse movement dance called “Jalam Khar.” Moreover, the introductory video of hers which creatively depicted Mongolian culture, the way of living of the nomads and landscapes has collected more than 2000 likes on YouTube in a short time of two and a half weeks and importantly was said to have been appreciated a lot by Chairwoman of the Miss World Organisation, Julia Morley. Ts. Enkhjin also has collected a competitive number of votes on social media. Miss World Multimedia Award, added in 2012 as one of the main contests, is a social media competition whose winner is chosen based on the interactions with fans on the application called Mobstar and other social media channels. Ts. Enkhjin is now ranked second on the namely application following a Mexican contestant. The winner of the contest is automatically placed in the top ten or eleven allowing her to compete further. Ts. Enkhjin has got some previous experiences in beauty pageants as she finished fourth runner-up in Miss Friendship International 2010 held in Korea. Two years after, she competed in Supermodel International competition in Thailand and placed in the top ten.
