Mongolian calligraphy contest held among children. The 1^st International Children’s Art Festival began with a calligraphy contest. More than 180 works were displayed at the calligraphy exhibition/contest held at the Junior Center for Creative Arts in the margins of the 1^st International Children’s Art Festival which will take place in Ulaanbaatar.  More than 100 calligraphy works were submitted from the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region of China for this exhibition which aimed to elevate the value of traditional Mongolian script and promote friendship between the children from Mongolian ethnic groups.
