Joint research to be launched. The Ministry of Environment, Green Development and Tourism of Mongolia and Nagoya University of Japan signed a memorandum on launching joint research. The memorandum opens up an opportunity for Mongolian specialists in the environmental field to be trained at the Nagoya University. Learning from the creative and diligent mindset of the Japanese people, the joint research will certainly contribute to the development of Mongolia, told the State Secretary of the Mongolian Ministry of Environment Mr. Ts.Tsengel. The signing of the memorandum with the Ministry of Environment of Mongolia will definitely contribute to further expanding the Japanese-Mongolian relations, stated Vice President of Nagoya University Katsuya Ichihashi. Nagoya University has been collaborating with Mongolian universities and a fine example of this cooperation is the establishment of a field research center with the Mongolian National University of Science and Technology in 2009, said Mr. Katsuya Ichihashi.
