JICA is to finance construction of secondary school building. Protocols of the project to construct a secondary school building, were signed and will be carried-out by non-refundable assistance from the JICA /Japan International Cooperation Agency/. After signing the protocols, the sides reciprocally agreed on their rights and responsibilities within the construction project. Depending on the financing, about 3-4 secondary school buildings will be commissioned in the academic year of 2020-2021.
