420 contortionists performed record-setting show. Unique event, which assembled 420 Mongolian contortionists together to perform a show, happened at the central square of Ulaanbaatar named after Chinggis Khaan. The audience witnessed the performance that set a new Guinness World Record with the largest number of contortionists at one place. The contortion ensemble named “Legend of Mountains and Waters” brought together artists from all over the country – from Ulaanbaatar, Darkhan, Khutul, Khanbogd, Dundgovi and Dornogovi. The performance lasted for hour and a half, showcasing the dances of Mothers Tara and Queen Alungoo. Artists of Ulaanbaatar Ensemble played the background music to the show.
