Mongolia hosted 4th Asian Theatre School Festival

Mongolia for the first time hosted 4^th Asian Theatre School Festival. The Institute of Culture and Arts organized the festival which was taken part by representatives of 17 prestigious Asian theatre schools as well as of American and some European theatre and arts schools. During the festival performing art skills training courses were held by instructors from Germany, Austria and South Korea, and eight dramas were staged by theatre schools. Mongolia’s first time in the festival was in 2009 and in 2010 the students of the Institute of Culture and Art won the “best artist” and “best role” awards by Anton Chekhov’s the “Wallet.”
