Mongolia’s June parliamentary elections to be observed by international observers. An election observation mission of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights worked in Mongolia with an objective to get familiarized with the legal environment of the parliamentary elections of Mongolia, pre-election situation and preparations, and to issue proposals and recommendations for deploying observers. After summing up the works performed, the ODIHR mission proposed Mongolia to deploy 322 long- and short-term observers to be selected from OSCE countries for the forthcoming parliamentary elections.
