Mongolia and Turkey to renew agreement on developmental cooperation
Mongolia’s government submitted a bill on ratification of Intergovernmental Agreement on Developmental Cooperation between Mongolia and the Republic of Turkey.
Mongolia’s government submitted a bill on ratification of Intergovernmental Agreement on Developmental Cooperation between Mongolia and the Republic of Turkey. The new Intergovernmental Agreement will act as the key legal document that governs the financing of projects to be implemented in Mongolia by the non-refundable aid of the Turkish Government and the activities of the resident office of the Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency /TIKA/. TIKA funded more than 400 projects in Mongolia’s infrastructure, agriculture, tourism, healthcare, environmental protection, education and sciences, with over 30 million USD, in a form of non-refundable aid.
