IMAX Theater to open in Mongolia
IMAX Corporation and Urgoo Cinemas, the largest theatrical exhibition and entertainment company in Mongolia, will cooperate to install two IMAX theaters in Ulaanbaatar to bring world motion theater development to Mongolia.
IMAX Corporation and Urgoo Cinemas, the largest theatrical exhibition and entertainment company in Mongolia, will cooperate to install two IMAX theaters in Ulaanbaatar to bring world motion theater development to Mongolia. The first Urgoo-IMAX Theater will soon open at Shangri-La center with the financing support of Mongolia’s largest commercial Golomt Bank and Canadian Export Financing agency within their cooperation agreement. Through the theater, advanced motion picture technology such as IMAX will be introduced to Mongolia while creating realistic, comfortable environment to motion picture fans and audiences which they will definitely enjoy. With the theater, Mongolia will be the 58th country of IMAX theater installation.
