More Przewalski horses to be reintroduced to Mongolia. The Prague Zoo is preparing to transport four more Przewalski's mares to Mongolia’s Great Gobi B Strictly Protected Area in coming July. Since 2011 19 Przewalski's horses had been transported to Mongolia from the Czech Republic. Currently more than 500 Przewalski's horses are bred in three localities in Mongolia, including 130 in Gobi B, where the last four transports from Prague were headed. The Prague zoo is one of the main organizers of the transfers of the Przewalski horses, the last of the world's truly wild horses.
