Mongolian female mountaineer to climb the highest peak in Indonesia. Mountaineer Gangaamaa is planning to climb the highest summit of Mount Carstensz or Carstensz Pyramid in Indonesia. At 4,884 meters above sea level, Carstensz Pyramid is the highest mountain in Indonesia, the highest on the island of New Guinea, the highest on the continent of Australia, and the 5th highest mountain in Southeast Asia. Mountaineer Gangaamaa plans to start her training next month and climb the Mount Carstensz before the end of this year. Mountaineer Gangaamaa previously climbed the highest peaks of the world, the Mount Everest, Mount Aconcagua, Mount McKinley, Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Elbrus.
