Some 25 packages of events will be organized this year to increase revenues from tourism within the Friendly Ulaanbaatar Program.

Some 25 packages of events will be organized this year to increase revenues from tourism within the Friendly Ulaanbaatar Program.  The events include art and culture programs during Naadam, Danshig Naadam – Khuree Tsam 2016 religious festival, a night of classics, and a series of other festivals which take place at the central square of the capital city. According to a survey by the Bank of Mongolia, a tourist spends some 190 USD a day in Mongolia. Past year, Mongolia hosted 385 thousand tourists of which more than 90 percent headed to the countryside passing through the capital city.
