Mongolian countryside lifestyle promoted. The portraits of the Mongolian family in western Mongolia were featured in Head On Photo Festival of Australia. The photos were taken by an Australian photographer John Feely when he visited remote communities in western Mongolia. The photographer spent nearly three months in western Bayan-Ugli province taking photographs of the stark landscape and indigenous people. John Feely lived with indigenous communities in Mongolia which he said have strong traditions centering on the family. Western Mongolian Bayan-Ulgii province is home to the Kazakh people, who are the largest minority group in Mongolia. They have been mostly living in the western part of the country for more than 140 years maintaining their own language, traditions and beliefs.
