Secondary schools equipped with science laboratories. Some 200 public schools in Ulaanbaatar city equipped with physics and science laboratories with grant from China. The laboratories promote independent study skills and encourage experimentation of pupils. The most recent example is the creation of soap bars and lip balms for teenagers developed by two students of the School of Junior Innovators. Past year, over 400 secondary schools were provided with modern physics and chemistry laboratories. The laboratories allow students to experiment and try out what they have learned, and it increases their interest in science.
