Mongolia boosts bilateral relations and cooperation with Hungary. Mongolia and Hungary signed several bilateral cooperation documents during the official visit of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to Mongolia. As is agreed, Hungary will provide 25 million USD investments for applying a comprehensive technological renovation to “Biokombinat” state owned pharmaceuticals factory to improve the health of Mongolian livestock and prevent epidemic diseases. The two countries also agreed to develop meat trade, expand cooperation in water and medicine spheres, as well as to cooperate in public transport, smart city program and e-governance. The Hungarian PM also said to double quotas for Mongolian students. Currently, 100 Mongolian students study in Hungary under governmental scholarships.
