Mongolia-India Strategic Partnership to be strengthened
The 4th regular consultative meeting between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and India was held in Ulaanbaatar on September 12.
The 4th regular consultative meeting between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia and India was held in Ulaanbaatar on September 12. During the consultations, the parties agreed to strengthen the strategic partnership between Mongolia and India, conduct high-level mutual visits, and deepen economic cooperation. They also agreed to develop an oil refinery, Mongolian-Indian Friendship Secondary School, and Atal Bihari Vajpayee Information School. The parties exchanged views on a wide range of issues, including technology, communications, and development of outsourcing center projects. During the meeting, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that the Mongolian side attaches great importance to the strategic partnership developing with India. He emphasized a willingness to cooperate in the areas of mining, agriculture, and health and increasing trade between the two countries.
