Japanese tourists arrived in Mongolia by Japan Airlines` first flight
On August 24, the first flight of Japan Airlines from Tokyo to Ulaanbaatar landed at Chinggis Khan International Airport.
On August 24, the first flight of Japan Airlines from Tokyo to Ulaanbaatar landed at Chinggis Khan International Airport. Some 128 Japanese tourists arrived in Mongolia on the first flight. Head of services at the Chinggis Khan International Airport said “Chinggis Khan International Airport is a symbol of peace between Mongolia and Japan and a new airport created by the joint development of the two countries. A major Japanese airline operating flights to this airport is a big advantage, and we expect it to start expanding internationally”. Furthermore, the next Tokyo-Ulaanbaatar flight will land on August 28. The work of increasing the number of flights, providing news and information to tourists from Japan will be organized, and the works of welcoming and farewell to arriving tourists with a positive impression will be organized.
