For example, the government drafted the first draft law on the legal status of whistleblowers and submitted it to the parliament for discussion, the transition to electronic government services, the reform of state-owned companies, the repayment of the Development Bank, and the strengthening of the punishment policy for corruption and official cases. provided information on issues such as ensuring budget transparency. Transparency International emphasized the importance of upholding human rights, strengthening civil society space, and ensuring transparency in the mining sector in order to improve the Corruption Perceptions Index. One of the main areas of anti-corruption activity, which is the investigation and prosecution of corruption crimes, is the compensation of damages. In the case of Mongolia, the amount of compensation for the damages caused by crime has increased dramatically by activating the activities of confiscating, confiscating, and repatriating assets.
