As part of the government's New Revival Policy and the "Transit Mongolia" program of international transport and logistics, the project to establish a unified Asian road network has been implemented. It is important that not only Mongolia connect with its neighbors in the south and north by high-speed highways, but also plays an important role in the trade and economic relations between European and Asian countries. Chinggis Land Development Group is selected as a concessionaire of the 1,000 km international highway project that will pass through the territory of Mongolia, starting from Tianjin port in China, passing through Zamin-Uud and Altanbulag ports in Mongolia, and ending at Ulan Ude in Russia with a total length of 2,648 km. According to the recommendations of the Italian and English consulting companies, the group completed the technical and economic basis of the project, detailed design, engineering geology, geodesy, and hydro metrology research at the international level. They are now ready to carry out the construction work of the project with financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and International Investment Funds. During the construction of the 2-lane 6-lane expressway, crossings for livestock and wildlife grazing, green structures to block sand migration, recreational service complexes along the road, and new residential areas were also planned. The project will increase trade turnover, foreign direct investment, and create 150,000 jobs.
