‘Export Mongolia 2020’ int’l virtual forum & exhibition kicks off
“Export Mongolia 2020”, an international virtual forum and exhibition kicks off on December 15.
Opening the forum, Minister of Foreign Affairs N.Enkhtaivan and Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry Z.Mendsaikhan extended greetings to the attendees and delivered brief presentations on Mongolia’s foreign trade, investment, export policy and opportunities.
Within the framework of the forum, four virtual sessions and panel discussions will be held on export policy and legal environment, export financing, quality and standard certification and boosting sectors with export potential such as tourism and creative production and developing export clusters alongside online Business to Business (B2B) meetings to present project and investment opportunities. Moreover, a virtual expo of products and services is taking place.
Furthermore, tomorrow or on the second day of the forum, online training will be conducted to entities and entrepreneurs on matters including entering into markets of U.S, EU, Russia, and Japan, the main foreign trade partners of Mongolia, on developing export strategy, studying new markets and finding reliable partners.
The international forum and exhibition is being co-organized by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Food, Agriculture and Light Industry, SME Development Fund, National Development Agency, World Bank, Export International Trade Center NGO, and international partner organizations.
