Pursuant to a decree of the President of Mongolia Mr. Battulga, Asia the Pacific Regional Director at the Worldwide Fund for Nature Mr. Prasanna De Silva was awarded the ‘Friendship’ Medal.

Pursuant to a decree of the President of Mongolia Mr. Battulga, Asia the Pacific Regional Director at the Worldwide Fund for Nature Mr. Prasanna De Silva was awarded the ‘Friendship’ Medal. The medal was conferred upon him in recognition of his tangible contribution to Mongolia’s development by initiating and implementing numerous works in the fields of society, economy, education, child protection, agriculture, and foreign relations. Chief of Staff of the President's Office Mr. Enkhbold presented the award on September the 11th. Mr. Prasanna De Silva has worked as head of international programs and director of operations of international organizations such as World Vision and WWF.
