Green parks open in all provinces
As a continuation of the 'Green Passport' campaign, the activity to build a ‘Green Grove’ in each of the 21 provinces and 9 districts began.
As a continuation of the 'Green Passport' campaign, the activity to build a ‘Green Grove’ in each of the 21 provinces and 9 districts began with the opening of small parks with a collection of woody plants under the name, ‘Green Passport - Green Grove’. The 'Green Passport' campaign has been implemented since March 2018 at the initiation Ministry of Environment and Tourism. ‘Green Grove’ parks are being established in 3.5 hectares of area in each of 21 provinces and nine districts of the capital with aims of combating climate change and improving the living environment of citizens alongside diversifying tourism products and services and developing environmentally friendly habits of children and youth by promoting the Green Passport. Teachers and students of eco-clubs noted that successors of environment protectors are being prepared thanks to the activity to establish ‘Green Passport - Green Grove‘ parks alongside organizing various events and activities on environmental protection.
