Mongolian joins UN discussion on human rights
At the plenary meeting of 73rd session of General Assembly of the United Nation, a Report of Human Rights Council of the United Nations was discussed.
At the plenary meeting of 73rd session of General Assembly of the United Nation, a Report of Human Rights Council of the United Nations was discussed. At the discussion, Mongolia’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Sukhbold presented Mongolia’s policy and objectives on ensuring and protecting human rights and delivered a speech regarding the UNHRC’s report. Mongolia is working as a member of the UNHRC in 2016-2018, contributing to activities of the United Nations on protecting human rights. Representatives of member states reviewed UNHRC’s last year’s actions on protecting and promoting human rights and shared views on further objectives.
