Japanese Heart Saving Project NGO works in Gobi-Altai province
They registered a total of 76 in the first turn including children with congenital heart defects and heart defects, those who are under doctor’s care and children in need of receiving a diagnosis.
Pediatric heart specialists from Heart Saving Project NGO of Japan worked in southwestern Gobi-Altai province. The specialists examined and diagnosed children born with congenital heart disease. They registered a total of 76 in the first turn including children with congenital heart defects and heart defects, those who are under doctor’s care and children in need of receiving a diagnosis. After making check-ups, those children who are in serious conditions will receive heart operations at the National Center for Maternal and Child Health. This event was sponsored by children of veteran doctors Bazarragchaa.N and Gombosuren.D. Since 2001, Heart Saving Project NGO has been diagnosing children with congenital heart defect free of charge. It is their second-time visit in Gobi-Altai province since their first arrival in 2009.
