Chair of the National Statistics Office of Mongolia Ariunzaya has been selected to serve the President of the Association of National Census and Statistics Directors of America, Asia, and the Pacific.

During the  29^th Population Census Conference in Vietnam,  chair of the National Statistics Office of Mongolia  Ariunzaya has been selected to serve the President of the Association of National Census and Statistics Directors of America, Asia, and the Pacific for the years from 2018-2020. Moreover, Mongolia will host the 30^th Population Census Conference in Ulaanbaatar in 2020. Previously, the 26^th Population Census Conference took place in Mongolia in 2013. The mission of the Association is to foster communication and cooperation for the collection and analysis of comprehensive statistical information on human populations and their behavior.
