Chinese youth delegation visits Mongolia
The visit aims at enhancing the contact between young people of the two countries.
A delegation of Chinese youth paid a seven-day visit to Ulaanbaatar. The visit aims at enhancing the contact between young people of the two countries. The 50-member delegation includes scientists, doctors, lawyers, civil servants, and businessmen. The Chinese visitors participated in activities helping them to know better about Mongolia's culture, history, economic development and social progress. "Communication between the youth of the two countries will help promote the joint development and prosperity of China and Mongolia," Chinese Ambassador to Mongolia Xing Haiming said in a speech, adding that the visit would contribute to furthering friendship between the two peoples. The event was co-organized by the Mongolian Foreign Ministry and the All-China Youth Federation. It was launched as the annual cultural exchange program in 2014.
