Projects to be realized with Chinese soft loan clarified
At its last regular meeting, the Cabinet approved a list of projects to be implemented with the financing of the Chinese government's soft loan of USD 1.0 billion.
At its last regular meeting, the Cabinet approved a list of projects to be implemented with the financing of the Chinese government's soft loan of USD 1.0 billion. The Mongolian Parliament approved the general agreement on the utilization of USD1 billion loan from the Chinese Government in November 2015. These are a project on constructing electric power transmission lines and sub-station between the cities, reconstruction of Erdenet thermal power plant, construction of new wastewater treatment plant and construction of a meat-processing plant and quarantine facility. Furthermore, projects on developing an area of Tuul and Selbe rivers and improving access, quality and control of communication sector to be realized with Chinese soft loan.
