Mongolian children learn robot-making. The National Institute of Technology of Japan organized an event ‘My First Robot-2’ at the Junior Center for Creative Arts in frame of program ‘Creative Future of Mongolia-Let’s Learn Technology’. The event intends to give science, engineering education and practice-based knowledge to children from the early age and encourage them to become a creative and innovator citizen who defines prosperity of the country in the future. "A program of KOSEN National Institute of Technology combines theory and practice together. For that reason, we are organizing series of events for children to introduce them new technologies from the early age. I see that children who are involved in the event today, are really interested in it and have full of aspiration to learn," said Initiator of the program and a member of Presidium of Citizens’ Representative’ Khural Baigalmaa. At the event, more than 60 middle-class pupils assembled self-moving robot with automatic sensor in three hours, learning its technology. Also, a team of KOSEN Technological College at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, which successfully took part in the national robot competition ‘ABU Robokon-2018’, presented robot performance to the children.
