MoU on health sector cooperation signed between Mongolia and Japan

Minister of Health Sarangerel paid an official visit to Japan and met with her Japanese counterpart, Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan Kato Katsunobu. At the beginning of the meeting, Minister Kato highlighted that bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the health sector has been developing rapidly, and expressed his gratitude for establishing a memorandum of understanding between the ministries. Minister Sarangerel emphasized that Japan’s technical assistance projects and financial support have substantially contributed to Mongolia's health sector development by improving public health services and enhancing the expertise of health specialists.
