Asia Foundation offers to organize public poll on amendment to Constitution. Member of Parliament and Chairman of Parliamentary Standing Committee on State Structure met Mongolia Country Representative of the Asia Foundation Mark Koenig. Mr. Mark Koenig of the Asian Foundation shared his opinion on organizing the public poll which allows hearing citizens’ opinion rather than political interests. He expressed that the Asia Foundation is interested in cooperating with Mongolia regarding local governance and legal status of the Capital city. The Government of Mongolia and the Asia Foundation successfully collaborated in organizing public hearing, consultative and public discussions on making amendments to the Constitution of Mongolia.
