The President of Mongolia Battulga Khaltmaa will officially receive the FIFA World Cup Trophy on April 23rd 2018 when the FIFA World Cup Trophy arrives in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia.

The President of Mongolia Battulga Khaltmaa will officially receive the FIFA World Cup Trophy on April 23rd 2018 when the FIFA World Cup Trophy arrives in Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia. On the occasion of the trophy receiving, the Mongolian Football Federation will organize a 'Super Cup match' and 'Stars Football' tournaments. Also, the FIFA World Cup Trophy will be displayed to the general public at the Shangri-La Mall of Mongolia. In September 2017, the FIFA World Cup Trophy tour was kicked off in Moscow, Russia. The trophy stayed in Russia until December before starting global tour to cover over 50 countries including Mongolia. It returns to the host country in May just ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.
