Minister of Industry of the Republic of Belarus Vitali Mikhailovich Vovk proposed to cooperate in establishing an elevator factory in Ulaanbaatar during his meeting with Mayor of Ulaanbaatar city and Governor of the capital city Batbold. "Government of Belarus decided to grant EUR 50 million aids to Mongolia and the two countries have full potential to co-work in wider range within the framework," said Vitali. At the meeting they exchanged views on cooperating in transport sector especially in electric vehicle, supplying urban development facilities and equipment, building elevator factory and developing intensive animal farms around the city to improve agricultural productivity. "We will be happy to cooperate with Belarus in public transport sector, establishing a small-sized elevator factory with reasonable cost and improving dairy farm and intensive farming around the city, said Mayor Batbold. At the end of the meeting, the sides agreed to establish a working group to develop the discussed projects in near future.
