Mongolian mountaineers to be professionally trained
The Mongolian National Climbing Federation will cooperate with the National Emergency Management Agency on the improvement of professional skills of Mongolian mountaineers.
The Mongolian National Climbing Federation (MNCF) will cooperate with the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) on the improvement of professional skills of Mongolian mountaineers. The bilateral cooperation will aim to train expert-level mountaineering supervisors, instructors and rescuers through establishment of a national mountain rescue operation system and a mountain rescue training system; to set up a joint mountain rescue team; exchange professional expertise, and establish a base for required training. The 2018 NEMA action plan includes organizing search and rescue exercises on Mountains in western provinces in cooperation with professional associations.
