The baby girl, born to a herder's family was given the name ‘Mongoljin’, by the President of Mongolia Elbegdorj Tsahia. Since 2015, the population has been steadily growing. By the end of 2017, the population of Mongolia reached 3.2 million. The National Statistical Office reported that the population rose by about 60 thousand or 2 percent on the previous year. Among the newborn babies registered about 76000, the 2 percent of them were born abroad.
