Grandmaster Munguntuul Batkhuyag takes second place at ‘London Chess Classic’
The 9th London Chess Classic 2017, open chess tournament in which about 280 players competed was organized in London, UK between Dec 1st and 11th.
The 9th London Chess Classic 2017, open chess tournament in which about 280 players competed was organized in London, UK between Dec 1st and 11th. Out of the three masters who competed in the tournament from Mongolia, grandmaster Munguntuul took the second place in women’s category by completing nine rounds with six points. At the moment, she is participating in the ongoing Sunway Sitges International Chess Festival. Later she is going to participate in Women’s World Rapid and Blitz Championship 2017.
