Mongolia seeks to expand international cooperation
Foreign Minister Ts.Munkh-Orgil meets his counterparts from some countries
Taking part in the 72nd Regular Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Ts.Munkh-Orgil met his counterparts from some countries. At the meeting with Foreign Minister of Latvia Linkevicius, Mongolian Foreign Minister pointed to wide opportunities to expand the bilateral cooperation in the fields of agriculture, food security, renewable electricity, information, communication technology, education, veterinary and other sectors. The Foreign Ministers signed agreements on Economic Cooperation and on Exemption of Visa Requirements for Diplomatic and Official Passport Holders. Mongolian Foreign Minister Ts.Munkh-Orgil and his Romanian counterpart Teodor Melescanu exchanged views on maximizing the trade turnover and investments, enhancing the bilateral cooperation in the sectors of agriculture, animal husbandry, culture, and education. Minister of State of the UAE Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber expressed the willingness to boost the relations and cooperation in all sectors, especially to widen the commercial and economic sectors.
