Mongolian troops snatch trophy at international Monchengladbach military competition. Mongolian team led by Lt. Colonel D.Erdenebileg showed impressive results in the 34th International Moenchengladbach Military Competition in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The Competition is organized by the Land Command of North Rhine-Westphalia every year and German Bundeswehr and NATO give high importance to the competition. From the United States, United Kingdom, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Estonia, Poland and Mongolia, 33 teams participated in three categories of German, International and Training components, which consist of shooting, barricade, open water, patrolling, minstrel, logging, fire extinguishing, withdrawal, primary medical care and Q&A on military and political security environment. Under the leadership of Lt. Colonel D.Erdenebileg, a student at the Military Academy of the German Armed Forces /German: Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr/, Mongolian team consisted of Second Lt. G.Ankhbayar, Second Lt. M.Bat-Orshikh, Staff Sgt. Ts.Narakhuu and Sgt. N.Khurelkhuu won the trophy of international category competitions. With the overall score, Mongolian team "Bundessprachenamt Mongolei" was placed 4th after the best 3 German teams.
