Enkhjargal Bayarsaikhan, Doctor of Medicine, Head of the Laboratory Department of the National Cancer Center was awarded a prize named after the President for her introduction of a new cancer treatment. The introduction of treatment corresponds to patient’s revealed cancer gene type for the first time in Mongolia and targets cancer therapy. The new treatment is the valuable contribution to the development of cancer research in molecular genetics as the award-decree declares. Every year, the best young doctors are awarded to the President's honorary prize for their significant contribution to new researches, studies and introduction of efficient practices or treatment.
