Mongolian National Olympic Committee signs MoU with Incheon. Mongolian National Olympic Committee (MNOC) President Demchigjav Zagdsuren has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mayor of Incheon, Yoo Jeong Bok. The MoU, which was signed at Mongolia's Olympic House, concerns the Vision 2014 invitational training program. The initiative was established as a result of South Korean city Incheon's hosting of the 2014 Asian Games, with the program's first year taking place in 2007. It is designed to allow other Asian nations to benefit from having the same training facilities as South Korean athletes. The program arranges for countries to organize training events for athletes in Incheon, using the city’s facilities. As part of the MoU, Mongolia hopes to send wrestlers to Incheon during the off-season to enable them to train in better conditions.
